A contract is formed when the customer places an order and Hessen App GmbH accepts it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and payment terms are set out in the relevant proposal and invoice.

5. Liability

Liability is governed by German law and, in cases of ordinary negligence, limited to typically foreseeable loss.
