Generative image tools are contemporary design tools for us. At the same time, we want to make the origin of each visual traceable. We therefore maintain a central source record and, where appropriate, provide the IPTC Digital Source Type as structured data.
This combines creative freedom with transparency and aligns our processes with the relevant transparency requirements of the EU AI Act.

Unless a different source is stated for an image, the usage rights to images created or commissioned by dashdesign; are held by Hessen App GmbH. Reuse requires prior permission.
The official EU AI label icons are excluded. According to the European Commission, they may be used freely and without attribution.
Technical standard
We use the official IPTC Digital Source Types and Schema.org ImageObject. Visible labels supplement the machine-readable information.
